Processing Time & Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary by destination. You can calculate the exact shipping charges by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and entering your mailing address. The shipping cost will automatically update and display in your total costs.

Shipping & Handling
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time, excluding holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days* (in regular seasons) or longer during holiday seasons.

Shipping from Warehouse:

You can order as many items as you want and will never pay more than the flat rate for shipping.

  • Estimated Delivery: 7-15 business days* (in regular seasons) or longer during holiday seasons.

About Late Deliveries
While our shipping partners strive for timely delivery, occasional delays may occur. Mekamos.com is not responsible for delays due to unforeseen or uncontrollable events, such as:

  • Incorrect Address
  • Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number
  • Severe weather conditions
  • International customs procedures

Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your order all the way home! Please allow 2-4 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

If your tracking information is unavailable, it may mean the carrier has not processed your package yet. When scanned into their system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.

Multiple Items Ordered, but Only Received One?
We stock a large assortment of products not held in-house. If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately for faster delivery. You might receive one item before the others. Rest assured, they are on their way!

Haven’t Received Order Confirmation Details?
This is often due to an incorrect email entry. We send several emails during the process, including order confirmation, fulfillment, and shipping notices. If you think you entered your email incorrectly, please contact us, and we’ll fix it.

Can Orders Be Delivered to Multiple Addresses?
We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you want items delivered to different addresses, please place separate orders.

Do You Deliver to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO Addresses?
Yes, we deliver to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.

Orders shipped to APO addresses are handled via DHL Global Mail and transferred to USPS for final delivery through the military mail system. Shipments to APOs can take up to 45 additional days.

Please note: Once the package enters the military mail system, tracking updates cease due to security reasons, and we no longer have visibility of your order.
