- Design error: The design does not match what is shown on our site.
- The product information (type, size) does not match the order.
What Should You Do?
To request a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your items. Please provide the following information to our support email: [email protected]:
- Your order/invoice ID.
- A picture of the wrong or damaged item you received.
Once we receive your information, we will process the refund request within 1-3 business days. If approved, the refund should be received within 2-3 business days.
Returns
If you receive a wrong or defective item, you do not need to return it to us. We will issue a refund, which should be received within 2-3 business days.
Note: We Do Not Process Refunds, Reprints, or Returns If:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., wrong shipping address, not being available to receive the delivery, not picking up the package as requested).
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs clearance issues, delays caused by natural disasters, showing “delivered” in the tracking system, or lost after being shipped to your mailbox).
- The item matches the description provided.
Cancellation Policy
After purchase, customers have 24 hours to request cancellation. A management, processing, and transaction fee (10% of your total order value) will apply. After 24 hours, the item will be in production, and we cannot process further requests.

- For Credit Card Account: 10-14 business days, depending on your card-issuing bank.
Exchange Timelines
- In-stock Items: 1-3 business days.
- Out-of-stock Items: 5-7 business days.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges or returns for size issues unless we sent the wrong size. For other issues, such as printing problems, please contact us first for guidance. Do not send your purchase back unless we authorize it.
