HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?
To order your favorite Charms and Watches, select the design you love on the product page, click the “Add To Cart” button, and follow the simple checkout steps. Once your order is placed, we’ll prepare it and notify you when it’s on its way!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
We typically ship orders within 5 to 10 business days. For international orders, please allow an additional 1 to 2 weeks for transit.

MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING.
It may take 1-2 days for tracking numbers to appear in the carrier’s system. If it still doesn’t work after a few days, please contact the carrier. Occasionally, shipping carriers might misplace an order, and we’re here to help if that happens.

I NEED HELP WITH A LATE ORDER.
If your Charms and Watches hasn’t arrived within 10 business days (domestic) or 20 business days (international), please reach out to us for assistance. We’re here to support you!
